Western Uttar Pradesh & Delhi NCR
One name on the contract. One party answerable for the work.
Tersavo tenders as prime contractor for recovery and clearance work across western Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR. We direct the execution across three licensed partner facilities — plastic, metals and end-of-life electronics — and we answer to the authority for delivery. Every credential stays attributed to the firm that earned it.

What we are
A single counterparty for work that needs three kinds of plant.
Recovery tenders rarely fit one facility. A factory clearance is metals and plastics and a room full of retired computers, and the plant that granulates polymer is not the plant that dismantles a server rack.
Tersavo exists to hold that together. We take the enquiry, confirm with each facility what it will commit to that specific job, and put one coordinated response in front of the authority — with the paperwork attributed correctly rather than blurred into a single logo.
On a contract we win, that co-ordination is not advisory. We direct the work, we hold the programme, and if something goes wrong the authority comes to us — not to whichever facility was on site that day. What we do not do is claim their licences as our own; those stay with the firms that earned them.
The network
Three facilities, three specialisms.
Each runs its own plant, keeps its own registrations and answers for its own compliance. Visit any of them directly.

Method
How a bid gets put together.
We read the tender first
Before anything is promised, we check what the document actually requires — material scope, capacity, authorisations, delivery window, and any eligibility clause governing borrowed capability.
We confirm capacity in writing
Each facility confirms, for that specific bid, what it will commit and on what programme. That confirmation names the tender and binds the facility to perform that scope under our direction.
We assemble the documents
Registrations, consents and constitution documents are collected from the facility that holds them, attributed to that facility, in the format the authority asks for.
We disclose the structure
The authority is told plainly which entity holds which credential and which entity performs which part of the work. Nothing about the arrangement is left to be inferred.
Scope
Where responsibility sits.
An evaluating authority should not have to ask who is accountable, or what this arrangement is not.
- On any contract Tersavo tenders for, Tersavo is the single party answerable to the authority. Responsibility for delivery, quality, timelines and site conduct sits with us and is not passed down to a facility.
- Tersavo directs and manages the execution of that scope. The partner facilities perform the work under our direction, to the method and programme we agree with the authority.
- Outside the scope of a contract, each facility is a separately owned and separately operated company. Tersavo holds no equity in them and does not control them as businesses.
Send us the tender document.
We will tell you which parts the network can carry, which it cannot, and what the authority will need to see. Before you bid, not after.
